Completed an intake session and a follow-up consultation. My therapist was really good and I was looking forward to continuing the program. However, their admin processes have left a really sour taste in my mouth.After my intake session, my notes weren't saved in the system, so when I went for the consultation, it was basically a repetition of the intake session. I was asked the same questions all over again and got nothing new out of it. On top of that, I was also charged for both sessions.
