Completed an intake session and a follow-up consultation. My therapist was really good and I was looking forward to continuing the program. However, their admin processes have left a really sour taste in my mouth.After my intake session, my notes weren't saved in the system, so when I went for the consultation, it was basically a repetition of the intake session.
