Neftali, I just wanted to say that I'm unimpressed with your "small business" professionalism. The paint job you did with my kitchen was delivered without first double checking your work. When I noticed all the imperfections, you brushed it off and made it my problem. Then you reminded me that you forgot to bill me for drilling the holes for the handles. Almost two months later I'm still left with touch ups I have to manually do when the idea is that the cabinets have a professional spray paint finish. You wanted me to take apart my kitchen drop off the poorly finished doors and pick them up when your location is 45mins away from me. I expressed how difficult this would be considering I'm a single mom of 3 young kids, and you reminded me you are a small business. Tarek was kind enough to pick up the doors with the worst damage and return them to me with some improvements. However, I still have doors that chip super easily, areas where I still see primer, areas with DAP that I have to manually paint, and areas where I still see dirty particles beneath the paint. I expected a lot more from how highly you promote your work.
We hired Fine Line Painting to update our kitchen and laundry room cabinets, spray out our brick fireplace and repaint our kitchen walls.
