The owner is great. She does a lot of classes and is very friendly and was offering to show the blue jays world series game at her studio. I came here specifically for restorative class and though my first class was great enough to come back a 2nd time, I think restorative yoga would be best for me if it were quieter with less talking which allows more focus on the individual body as per Judith lasaters restorative yoga instruction. The teacher Monica is super kind nevertheless!
Tanya’s workshops and classes are honestly the best in the city. I feel like I can go into her classes with no experience or just a bad day in general and come out feeling grounded and ready for the rest of my day
I often feel intimidated in fitness environments, but Heather, Vijayita, and the team at Kardia have completely changed that. My first month trial has been the best fitness experience I've ever had. The classes are challenging yet accommodating, with no judgment towards beginners. The fun and constantly changing class themes, along with engaging instructors, keep things exciting and interesting, making me eager to return and push myself further.
