Didn't know it was possible to feel so cared for by a dental care team. I hadn't seen a dentist in a year and a half since my previous dentist wasn't located in Toronto. I phoned Dr. Kaplan's office for an emergency visit and they were able to get me in quickly. I was treated with such care by both Dr. Kaplan and the rest of the staff... I had never gotten this much attention from the doctor themselves and such thorough explanations of my treatment in all my years at my previous clinic. You can bet I'm switching to this clinic moving forward. Amazing service, care, and attention to detail from the first visit! Walked out the door beaming.
