JSpec did a metal roof on our bungalow last summer. The team was very knowledgeable and professional. The roof looks great and we are very happy with the result and with our experience with Justin and the team.

Justin and the JSPEC crew were amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Justin will be the first to tell you that they aren’t the cheapest, but that’s because they are careful and do things right. I didn’t want the cheapest roofer, I wanted the one that was going to keep our house dry and comfortable and make sure the work looked great in the end. That was JSPEC. Justin and his team at JSPEC managed to make our flat roof repair a pleasure. I would say my wife and I made the decision to pursue the rebuild of the flat roof on our nearly 100-year old home but that wouldn't be completely accurate. The water leakage made that decision for us. As we had never used a roofing company in the past, we asked friends and family for references and obtained a few quotes.
