I hired Joe and Joe to replace my roof on a large house back in 2009, then again on my smaller recent house a few years ago (2015 or 16). I have also called them for minor repairs a couple of times. It is true that it can be hard to get a callback from Joe, but they are excellent and hardworking and did an amazing job at a much more reasonable price than the "big" companies whose signs you see all over town. Joe also did some free repairs for me (small patching jobs) and gave me good honest advice. I have recommend Joe to friends and they have also been quite happy with his work.
