I was having problems with my laptop for couple of days. My wifi was working but I couldn’t access any apps. I decided to take it to Infotech Computers. OMG. The gentleman fixed it. I don’t know is name but he was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this computer store. The in person service was amazing and I forgot to mention when I called he was so helpful.

Over Easter we had our relatives in town. Alas, my 7 year old nephew got into my computer and messed around. He's 7 that's what kids do! Anyway, I was frantic because my whole life is in that computer.
Took the Computer to Infotech and Waleed (Please excuse me if I spelled his name wrong... some how I managed to lose his card.) And within 30 seconds he solved the problem! Waleed very generously waved away any fee. But I Insisted and paid him a reasonable fee anyway. My philosophy in life is nothing is free! You pay for knowledge. But finding an honest businessman is priceless.
Had an issue understanding some aspects of my chassis fans. It was so obscure that no amount of research online gave an answer. Infotech immediately understood what the issue (namely that there was no issue and I was seeing the expected behaviour from the fans). They definitely know their stuff, and their assistance was greatly appreciated.
