Very disappointed in this business. I hired them back in January to deal with a mouse problem. Six months and many hundreds of dollars later, the mouse problem has not been resolved. Worse, their technicians failed to show up to the last appointment, which the company did not bother telling me, and when I reached out to the company to reschedule, they told me they’d get right back to me, but never replied again.

I strongly recommend going elsewhere - literally, anywhere else - to resolve your pest problems. I have given them multiple chances, but my experience with ICE Pest Control has proven to be a colossal waste of both time and money.

Invoice 53043: On 09/01/23, IcePest technician visit for wasp removal and I have paid $259.25 for the service. As per his instruction, wasp will be gone within 48 hours. as per 09/05/26 or after 5 days they are still active and I phoned for revisit once on 09/05/23 and 09/06/23. After 09/06/23 phone conversation, I have to pay for the re-visit, as like new service. It is very unfair.
