We decided to work with Handy Solutions because of Tian's online presence and demonstration of his hands-on work, upfront transparency around costs, attentiveness to our project needs upon our initial meeting, and professional and timely communication. We loved working with Tian to re-do our shower. Throughout the project, he was very responsive, patient, and provided us with a lot of great suggestions and guidance along the way. He went out of his way to help us with other things around the house even if they weren’t in scope. When things would come up unexpectedly, he let us know right away and he was transparent in his communications. The quality of his work is also outstanding.
