Absolute Best Mechanic!

My partner has been bringing our little Honda Coupe here for almost 6 years now, and we honestly can’t say enough good things about this place.

The owner and the whole team have always been so friendly, honest, and great to deal with. They’ve looked after our car through a lot of life changes—from when we were just a couple heading out on road trips across the country to now being new parents making diaper runs with our little one.

Really appreciate everything you’ve done for us over the years. Good, trustworthy mechanics are hard to find, and we’re so grateful we found you.

I don’t share the same experience at all with some of these negative reviews. I met a team of knowledgeable hard workers who are all family people with good values. They were fair, polite and helpful and I have every intention of going back. My car was making strange noises and everywhere else was giving me the runaround. I took it to Guan’s and they talked me through everything, quoted me and even said I could go elsewhere if I wanted. They had everything fixed within the day and I haven’t had any issues since (about a year ago). Work is really well done but the time for labour exceeds norms. A 1hr job should not be billed as 4hr because the mechanics are figuring out for the first time how to install something.
Still recommend.
