We’ve now had the opportunity to collaborate with Chris, Yvonne and the Greening Homes team on several extensive renovation projects.
Their Environment first mandate is industry leading and sincere. We always use specific Zero VOC Benjamin Moore EcoSpec products on their projects and there is a strong focus on sustainable practices throughout production.
Saul is a real pro and does a great job lining up projects and managing production. Dan, Paulo, and Stephan all excel at on on-site coordination and keeping things productive. The entire team maintains strong communication lines and are a pleasure to deal with.
Chris Phillips is a wealth of information on green renovations in Toronto! He spent a good amount of time on the phone with me as I was interviewing different renovation firm sharing his knowledge. While we didn't end up proceeding with his firm, he directed us to his Master's thesis which is a fantastic resource for understanding how to assess building materials that might go into your renovation project. It is great to have thought leaders like Chris in the Toronto building industry to learn from!
