I recently purchased a property built by Great Gulf which is the 4th condominium I've bought.
I can categorically say they have by far the best customer service. Every single deficiency I've brought forward to-date has been fully addressed to my complete satisfaction. Quintin has been quite diligent and I greatly appreciate it.
Unfortunately my property is managed by FHK or I should say mismanaged. Our Board is completely inexperienced and oblivious to the consecutive damage management continues to cause as a result of their entire negligent structure.
