Was being ordained as a deacon. Had suit dry cleaned and a dress shirt. Shirt was fine. Suit pants had wrinkles down the legs. Coat sleeves were wrinkled and jacket lapel was crumpled. Terrible dry cleaning experience. I don't think the suit was dry cleaned at all. Will not go there again

Ruined my shorts and prices are much more expensive than other places
Also I took a dress in because it had a stain and when I picked it up the stain was still there but a different dark orange colour. When I got home I got it off using a tide stain remover stick and water. Paid $55 for this

I’ve been to Gentle Touch a couple times over the last year, and though they’ve always been pleasant, I was surprised to see the prices have gone up considerably. I paid $25 for a dress to be dry cleaned, as well as $27 for a 2 piece suit. I don’t often use dry cleaning services, so I decided to compare cost with another cleaner in the area and their prices were $10 cheaper per item. The substantial difference means I’ll be taking my business elsewhere going forward. Lesson learned to shop around.
