Received a 45 min RMT massage Yu Zhao. He was great and very professional. Felt very comfortable. He used a lot of forearm which made the experience very relaxing. I would highly recommend!

I was in from out of province and needed a massage to help with some pain I had prior to arriving in town. A slip the morning of my flight, a plane ride, and a bad pillow made things worse. Michael was able to take my 8 pain down to a 2/3. Thanks to FLEX and Michael for making it easy to get a massage ever though I was a new patient! Michael even gave me some after care advice and stretches.
