I wish I could give this new place 10 stars! I stumbled upon their office while they were still doing renovations and went in to inquire about getting a cleaning. The dentist (Dr. Amlani) greeted me directly and provided me with information to book online. The time window was open and varied. I went for my appointment today and every single staff member was warm, friendly and very educated. The place was spotless with a nice ambiance. The dental tech (or possibly student) performed my Xrays and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I appreciated the "warnings" she gave me before performing certain uncomfortable but necessary parts of the procedure. You could tell she definitely knew her stuff and she was able to tell me some information about how my Xrays were looking from the get go. We had nice small talk and I felt relaxed right away. Dr. Amlani saw me next to do my diagnostic/evaluative exam. This dentist is clearly knowledgeable in this field. She gave a clear evaluation of all my teeth and great suggestions on things I can do to rectify lifelong dental issues that I've had. She also dropped the bomb that I had a cavity in the nicest most professional way possible and explained possible reasons for it (along with prognostic outlooks) with no judgement. Afterwards, she set me up with a remote and Netflix for my dental cleaning (great touch!).The dental hygienist (I believe her name was Karen) was also phenomenal. She took the time to explain the pathophysiology of my gums and described the exact reasons as to why I've been having certain issues (ex: bleeding when flossing at particular dental intersection) due to the anatomy of my teeth. She gave me 3 great points (how to floss better, how to improve my brushing technique and a therapeutic mouthwash intervention). Strict hand hygiene, temperature checks and mask usage was used from entrance to exit with accurate infection prevention and control protocols. Dr. Amlani and her staff members are wonderful professionals in this field and I look forward to my follow up appointment next week!
Dr. Amlani is a great dentist, she is always very professional and treats everyone like she would her own family. Whatever your dental needs are she is ready to work with you to find the best solution for you. Her gentle and caring nature puts you at ease the moment you meet her! Dr. Amlani is able to treat any member of your family because she offers such a wide variety of services, that you wouldn't have to look elsewhere for another dentist. Would highly recommend.
