I enjoyed patronizing Eureka, so professional and highly recommendable. They were able to install our 75tv effortlessly. We also hung a heavy metal art on the wall and it was perfect. I am very happy to have been referred to Eureka. They are the best. keep up the good work.

I used to use these guys years ago under prior ownership/management. What happened this time was a joke. I asked them to quote on the assembly of a 10x12 outside gazebo purchased at Lowe's. I provided them access to the product and details so they understood the job. They quoted me for the job. After some scheduling back/forth (which they were actually very flexible with), one afternoon a three SHADY guys showed up. They took one look at the gazebo in the box (the same one i had sent all the specs of) and balked at it, said they couldn't do it for that price and had to speak to the 'main guy'. We’ve been using Eureka for years. The same guy used to come do our installations (Joel). They are expensive but always seemed worth it. It was a 2hr minimum @ $95 per hour (or another $65 if he needed a junior helper). However, our installer has left the org and they’ve now increased their minimum to 3hrs. I also had to follow up several times just to get a quote. It seems perhaps they are a lot busier than they used to be and thus slower. I totally understand, but at their higher end prices, I expect better customer service.I’ve referred many people to them over the years but unfortunately not anymore. We’ve had to look elsewhere as our projects are rarely over... read full review
