I had a problem with water in the basement. I had a few plumbers look at it, and noone could figure out the source, but noone took the time to really look at it carefully… but Tony really took his time, and figured out i had a hidden sump pump in the basement, and that it was not functioning properly. After replacement of the pump, it all works great, looks great too. I found Tony to be professional, but beyond that, he really cares to do his best, and do it right, honestly hes the Mike Holmes of plumbing.
