We have Navina as our hygienist. I had been going to Dr. Joe's for over a decade. Then we stopped going because of the Covid lockdown. When places started to open up, we opted to go to a nearby dental clinic for our cleanings. It just wasn't the same. We recently returned to Dr. Joe's because it's worth the hour and a half drive to his clinic.
The receptionist and staff are very friendly and make it a pleasant experience. Dr. Joe Simardone and his hygienists give patient-centered care. They never recommend any unnecessary treatments and are always great at explaining everything to make me feel informed. It is a very clean building with up to date equipment and chairs.My hygienist today Mel was gentle with the tools yet I left with my teeth feeling brand new. She was also very kind and great at explaining evething.Overall, I always look forward to going to the dentist with Dr.Joe and his hygenists and staff. Strongly recommend.
