“When I say the 5-stars aren’t fake, it is NOT fake. I wrote this sincerely as I appreciate Dr. Amy’s patience and skills towards me. Had my wisdom teeths removed today (and will have another one soon), and I have never felt so seen and taken care of during my consultations here in Toronto ever since I came here as an international student. I had a great talk with Amour and another receptionist today as well. Everyone was so welcoming & sweet.
I usually fear dentist appointments as I’m scared with needles and the sound of the machines, but for the first time in my whole life, a dental appointment made me feel welcomed. Dr. Amy Lin gave me time to calm down and walked through the whole process as I was new to wisdom teeth extract surgery. I must say, big props to her as she’s also willing to look out for me the next day and book an upcoming appointment for a check up.
