My backpack has a broken zipper in a particularly tricky place, I actually went to multiple other shoe/leather repair shops and they all said they can’t fix it. I tried this lady in China town and she took a look for 10 second and said “sure I can fix that, 20 dollars, come pick up tomorrow” and there you go, it was fixed like new the second day. I was blown away.
This shop deserves a better location than this run down mall.
They fixed my backpack’s zipper that kept splitting apart in 10 minutes for only $10. The entrance to the mall that they’re located in closes at 8:00 PM so If you go after 8:00 PM make sure to call them so that they can open the mall doors for you.
Really happy with the friendly and timely service. Just got my shoes repaired and they look good. You won’t get bored waiting as well as 2 cutest looking dogs will keep you busy. Will try the shoes for a week and leave another review!!
