I love this place , mostly because it's close to my place , their collection is not the best one and mostly it's a bit gayish (dont get it wrong, i am a gay guy too but about music its not my type just Madonna or rupaul or etc...) but you still can find lots of great vinyls there ... specially the bearded guy who is working there is super nice and helpful... highly recommended

I've yet to browse the store aside from a brief stop to pick up my orders, but I've always had a positive experience with their e-commerce system. The staff sends out frequent updates as to the status of all orders, and all inquiries receive a response within the hour. Thank you for all the hard work, DDR!

Dead Dog's website is my favorite way of buying records online. They get pretty much all of the new releases and their system for preordering is very good.I purchased a big vinyl box set from them that had a production error in it. I emailed them and they were able to get an exchange through the distributer. The staff were very thorough and ensured that the new set was error free before letting me take it. During the whole process, that did take some time, they were very understanding and totally willing to work out a compromise, if the distributer would not come through.
