I had just gotten home from another hair salon when my mom informed me the back of my head was completely messed up. After seeing the pictures, I was in tears. I was very upset thinking it would be impossible to save it without turning it into a completely different, much shorter cut than I wanted. I found De Francesco on google maps and went there in a panic. There I was greeted by Tony. He was about to lock up, but decided to stay late to help me save the cut. He did what I thought was impossible and turned my absolute mess of a haircut into the chic, perfect cut that I wanted, and somehow managed to fix it completely while maintaining a length I was comfortable with....read full review
Tony was my family hairstylist when I was a child. I went to Cumberland Terrace yesterday with my sister, but I must have came at a different time since the salon was closed. Would've loved to catch up with Tony. I haven't seen him since I was 6 or 7 years old but I have never forgotten him!
I really can't express how absolutely wonderful Tony and his staff are. I have a giant mobility device and they made space for me and my scooter. I also explained that culturally when we cut our hair we are meant to keep it and burn it and Tony didn't hesitate to collect the hair for me and put it in a bag for me to take home. Honestly I will keep seeing him as long as he is a hair dresser. Loved it so much I called my spouse over so she could get a cut immediately as well.
