3 words to describe Dr. Fenn: meticulous, caring, and safe. I had my first examination with Dr. Fenn yesterday. The office was clean, with both a fan and a filter in the treatment room, which was also isolated with a plastic curtain held closed with magnets. The staff were all gowned, masked, and shielded. Every precaution was taken. And yet, they took extra care to connect with me as a person. The examination was thorough and Dr. Fenn answered concerns I have had for years. I like how she found something in the X-Rays and immediately did a test to see whether it was a problem or not. I came away with a treatment plan and a much better understanding of what is going on in my mouth.
