She helped me quickly narrow down what I was looking for from the store's exhaustive selection of fabrics. Our custom made circular area rug was ready in days as promised. We love how cozy it looks in our living room space and how comfortable it feels with the foam underpad. I didn't know they'd been in my neighbourhood since 1987 and will definitely go back in future. A+ rating.
We were very pleased with the runner installed in our home and came back to purchase an underpad for our baby's playmat. They remembered our name and were very helpful again. To our surprise, they did not charge us because it was off the roll. I highly recommend them. Helpful and friendly service.
