So very professional, reliable, caring and patient -- and they do SUCH an INCREDIBLE JOB!! -- Just had a very frustrating 4-month long experience -- My black BMW X4M was painted "speckled white" by a paving company. --- I had a horrible insurance adjuster who kept putting everything on hold (she didn't do any work in the two months leading into my vehicle drop off).... Throughout the entire experience, Avenue Collision, and it's Management, and Team, was so incredibly HELPFUL and CURIOUS and PATIENT! -- They listened, and kept me updated on a regular basis. The front desk staff members were also very kind, revolving my appointments around my care for a family member. I can't say enough about my experiences here! A HUGE THANK YOU TO YOU ALL !!
