I had an excellent experience with this clinic....first time patient....Crystal, who along with her manager, worked hard to get me an appointment in a very timely manner; Maricel, who assisted me through the process; Dr Oscar Dalmao, who made a very anxious patient as relaxed as was possible & provided very skilled care; and all the other staff I encountered....my sincerest thanks. As a front line health care worker I was a little concerned about the extra precautions as necessitated by Covid-19. They have in place all of the required safeguards, starting with a pre-screening that was part of our initial conversations to schedule my appointment. I would never say I look forward to my next visit but I will say that, with the same team, my apprehension is at least manageable.
