The City of Toronto and multiple municipalities would have never seen the adoption of ADUs (Laneway homes and Garden Suites) without the early advocacy from Craig. He is the Godfather of ADUs to me and this is evident through his knowledge of nuisances in the zoning bylaws and city of Toronto. All this on top of his malleable design palette which results in happy clients in happy homes, including myself. I recommend approaching Craig whether you are committed to a project or even just thinking of one as he will take the time and effort to steer you in the right direction and treat your project as if it was his own.
