Craig and I have worked together on many projects. I first hired him in 2012 to work with me on the design of my family’s laneway house in Toronto’s Leslieville neighbourhood. We rebuilt an existing, illegally converted garage apartment, including adding a second floor addition to the structure. Throughout this process, Craig was very professional and patient and his ideas and insight proved valuable in navigating the design and approval process, which was challenging to say the least. Since completing my first house with Craig, I have hired him for my family’s next house. He has been great to work with, and I strongly recommend reaching out to him if you are planning on undertaking a substantial renovation or building a custom home.

Craig designed our residential main-floor renovation in early 2017. His design proposals were clear and helped us to envision what our project would look like in the end. He was incredibly helpful when we were looking for contractors for the project, and helped to oversee the design aspects along the way which made the process very smooth from our end. We are extremely happy with how it turned out and can't thank Craig enough for his work!
