Cozy World provided exceptional service. I needed to replace my furnace quickly. I called and left a message late last Thursday night, got a quick call back to make arrangements for an estimate on Friday morning, and got both a furnace and air conditioner installed on Saturday. The installers did a terrific job, and needless to say, I am a very happy customer.
Knowledgeable but expensive. Fixed problem with burner within 30 minutes and charged me $150 (cleaned out condensation drain).
