I’ve used this cleaning company multiple times, and while the cleaners themselves do a great job, the customer service from the owner has consistently been disappointing. She is often argumentative, aggressive in communication, and repeatedly tries to increase prices despite the clear history in our previous messages.
Most recently, she attempted to charge $35 per hour per cleaner—something she has never done before—bringing the total to $70/hour. The inconsistency in pricing feels dishonest, especially when rates suddenly spike around the holiday season.
