City Nails offers a fast and professional service. The technicians, led by Lily, are knowledgeable and make clients feel welcome and comfortable. The store is clean and the environment is relaxing. Lily excels at her technique, making the nail experience pain-free. Clients praise her friendly and professional demeanor, making them want to return for more than just a nail appointment. Overall, City Nails provides an excellent experience, earning a 10/10 recommendation.
I brought my cousin here to get her nails done and we had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The salon has a very warm and friendly atmosphere, and the staff are welcoming, patient, and professional. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and made sure we were comfortable throughout the service.
The quality of the nail work was excellent — clean, neat, and beautifully done. What impressed us the most was how reasonable and affordable the prices are compared to other nail salons, especially for the level of care and detail they provide.

I visited the salon because I heard many people rave about it. It was not disappointing — the quality of the nail work was impressive and long lasting, just as I expected (Kim did a great job, highly recommended)
Fast, professional service. I literally had gotten used to pain while getting my nails done but Lily has her technique DOWN ?? She’s really knowledgeable and knows how to make you feel welcome and comfortable ❤️ Would go back just to have a conversation lol! The store was clean and the environment was really relaxing. Unfortunately don’t live in Toronto but I’ll definitely stop by whenever I am in town
