LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my hair that Rio transformed! It looks and feels fabulous. Approaching 60, I had decided it was time to stop colouring my long hair with dark box dyes. Lots of white/grey coming in too frequently - stark contrast.... skunk stripe! I knew I needed to see a professional to lighten my hair and a trusted friend recommended Rio at Cinelli's. I had thought I would just go grey completely, but he sensibly advised against that, as it's hard on the hair to be stripped completely down to white, which I would have to do to go grey overall. I called Cinelli Hair in desperation last week after my 13 year old was in tears after dyeing their hair at home. It was a Thursday evening at 10:30pm and they were hyperventilating because school was starting in a few days and we were heading out of town until then. Cinelli was fully booked, but astonishingly they were still open at 11pm and they agreed to see my kid for a brief 5 min consult to calm them down and give us a plan.
