I think Carolyn is the most experienced hair dresser in downtown. I made a big mistake to try doing highlights by myself and result was disaster. That’s why I searched hairdressers in downtown nearby where I live. Lucky me, I found Carolyn through online search and went there for fixing the mess. I was very nervous at first, but she calmed me down by explaining her plan to fix my hair. I am very lucky to find her because she managed to recover my hair.
