I bought a voucher from Buytopia for a massage. I was a little nervous after reading the poor reviews. My experience was wonderful. I created my profile online and the massage was heavenly! I will be a repeat customer.

This company has the worst customer service. They are not available by phone and ask you to email or book online. No walk-ins are accepted and there is no reception area to wait or ask questions. Their website is deactivated and their emails bounce back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. its a scam.

Do NOT buy ANY vouchers for this company!! I bought something off Buytopia 3 months ago and had nothing but problems with this company!!! Couldn't use their online booking system, ignored emails, full voice mail box (they don't actually have someone who picks up the phone?).After months of problems I FINALLY got a hold of someone after finally leaving a voicemail and they booked me for an upcoming day - great. After 30-45 minutes of waiting for my appointment, I tried to call back only to find out THEY WERE FREAKING CLOSED. I left messages and even though it's been WEEKS no one has bothered contacting me.
