We just came home from a trip and found that our A/C wasn’t working during the middle of a heatwave. We called John and he didn’t hesitate to come over on an emergency basis. He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He got our unit back up and running when we really needed it! We typically use a “larger” servicing company (that was unable to respond for this repair) and will be switching to Bullet Proof because it was truly outstanding service! Thank you!!!
Johnny is always quick to respond and comes out with reasonable timing. Very helpful and informative on what the issues are, how to fix them and what work was done. I’d recommend bullet proof to everyone I know. Thankful for the hard work to get my heater back up and running ??
Bullet proof heating was a life saver for me! When my AC crashed on me in my Condo, i called another company who diagnosed a broken compressor, and tried to replace the entire unit with a quote of $4800!!! I called Bullet Proof for a second opinion and their expertise clearly showed. They quickly identified the compressor WAS working, but wasn't properly recieving the signal to start up. After an hour or two of diagnostics, they were able to get the unit up and running again without any replacements and at a small fraction of the other company's cost. Strongly reccomend for any Condo Heat Pump issues - I wish I had gone to them first!
