I connected with John & Bullet Proof while sourcing HVAC services for a real estate rehab project. Communication was professional and timely, and he was responsive during the initial discussion. While I ultimately went in a different direction for this particular project, I would absolutely consider them again in the future and appreciated the time and effort he put into the process.
We had a new HVAC installed this past summer and so happy with Bulletproof. Had a problem with the heater and Jonathan came right out and replaced the part (it was minor). Our house is so nice and warm with the new heat pump. They are so professional and put everything back in its place. They also installed a new water heater a couple weeks ago. It was done in no time. I always recommend them to everyone thinking about replacing their old units.
We just came home from a trip and found that our A/C wasn’t working during the middle of a heatwave. We called John and he didn’t hesitate to come over on an emergency basis. He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He got our unit back up and running when we really needed it! We typically use a “larger” servicing company (that was unable to respond for this repair) and will be switching to Bullet Proof because it was truly outstanding service! Thank you!!!
