Broom and mop cleaners

I'm really surprised to see all these negative reviews. A friend recommended this service as she was happy with them for her 3 bedroom home in Scarborough. We have a 3 bedroom condo and have been using mopify bi-weekly for 3 months now with no issues. It's true they did not vet us first so the cleaner could have been walking into a total mess. Other cleaners I've hired have wanted to see my place first or at least ask some questions. With mopify it's all online/via email nor text. So far we've only had one/two different cleaners and so far so good. You can review online after each session and make comments. Maybe it all depends on if you luck out with a good cleaner?

Created online account in January, entered property details and credit card info. I specified the days that I wanted cleaning done. A few days later my job was scheduled. The email notice of my cleaning being scheduled was sent to my junk by accident. The cleaner I had was Minerva. I went to the property a few days later and found the place spotless! She mopped the floor, cleaned the bathroom, kitchen and wiped baseboards in 2.5 hours. Would definitely use them again! Pros Easy to create an account online, specify what needs to be cleaned and scheduling of cleaning. Wow my condo was spotless! Able to complete the work remotely, I specified how they could get the key from security. They operate in Toronto, Ottawa and Calgary. Cons Hard to get a hold of them on the phone, line is always busy. $10 charge if they bring their own supplies, I think this should be included in the price. Must have a vacuum and mop at the property. Unable to list multiple properties in their online booking system. Unable to handle same-day cleaning requests. Damage: $90 (Roughly $32/hour)
