I have known Mr. Richard Bogoroch and Ms. Heidi Brown for more than 11 years now. Although they both are the best lawyers, they are down to earth, very humble and kind. When I first met them in 2010, I knew they were the type of lawyers I wanted to represent me, my family, friends, and everyone I know if we ever needed personal injury lawyers to represent us. In 2018, my sister was injured at work, we retained Bogoroch & Associates LLP to represent her. We were incredibly pleased with the services we received from them and were very satisfied with the result. Later in that year, a friend of my family who had a car accident in 2017, she retained another law firm to represent her, but felt that they looked down at her and treated her with no respect. In addition, she felt she did not receive good services. She then asked for my help to find a good law firm to handle her case. I advised her that I knew the best law firm. I referred her to Bogoroch & Associates LLP. Ms. Brown and her amazing team took her case with open arms and treated her with respect and compassion. Although she was unable to communicate effectively in English, Bogoroch & Associates LLP hired the interpreter / translator to interpret for her in every meeting, teleconferences, and at her medical appointments. In addition, a translator translated any correspondence and medical reports for her to make sure that she understood everything regarding her case. She felt that her case has been taking care of and was important to them. They kept her informed and updated her regarding her case every step of the way. She was extremely satisfied with the services she received and with the outcome of her case. In 2019, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. I retained Bogoroch & Associates LLP to represent me. Mr. Richard Bogoroch was involve in my file, but Ms. Heidi Brown, Rachel Radomski, and Haley Brittain were working on my file on a regular basis. Through-out the course of my case for almost 3 years until it was settled with the tort insurance, they kept me informed and updated me regarding my case every step of the way. Any questions or concerns I had, either one of them responded to me immediately. They made me feel at ease about my case. I am extremely satisfied with the services that I received from them and the final settlement of my case. I think I worked with the best firm and team of people I can imagine, Almost immediately as I came in to his office, they handled it, very efficiently and got the job done. I strongly recommend it. Definitely great customer service and professionalism. If I ever (which I hope I don’t) get into any other trouble, Bogoroch is the one I will call on. The team worked with me on an ongoing basis. They respond within 24 hours and keep you updated on your case.
