This place was heaven. The bath circuit alone was wonderful. The juice was delicious, wish I could have had a pitcher of it lol.
I went for the whole shebang and had a facial and massage as well. Georgiana was my RMT and worked wonders on my construction-worker abused bod.
I unfortunately forget my aesthetician’s name but she was also great at what she does.
Absolutely worth every single cent, and I certainly plan on going back if life brings me to Toronto again!
Hi Body Blitz! You are my fav spa in the city. The Epson salts pool is everything. The juice bar is such a nice touch. Your east end location is your best location but it needs some love. The vents need cleaning. There is a lot of rust visible on the roof. The lounge chairs have seen better days and should be replaced. Other than that I can’t wait for my next visit.
My bff and I always love visiting this beautiful oasis in the city throughout the year. It is a quick getaway and you leave feeling incredible on the inside and out. I highly recommend their services. I have had amazing massages. Their shakes are amazing. My favourite one is the Vit. D shake. You will enjoy doing the water circut, it will make your skin feel amazing. All you need to pack is your bathing suit, they take care of the rest; including slippers, robes, towels, all toiletries, etc. Enjoy on your own, with your bestie or with a group of girlfriends. Both locations are amazing and always kept clean.
