They call to see if you’re ok! The first call was shortly after the lockdown. Was I okay? Was I taking care of myself? Was I taking care of my teeth? :-). The second call was the day after I had a crown “installed”. How were things going? Any issues? That’s just one of the reasons I am a client. I mentioned a crown — I got a new one in Nov/Dec 2020. And I remember getting another one in August 2000 (from Noah’s dad). Things have changed!! For one, the 2000 temporary crown was metal. The 2020 temporary crown looked just like a tooth. The 2000 temporary crown worn flat after 2 weeks and I could not longer use it for chewing. The 2020 temporary crown still was fine after 3 weeks. The 2000 drilling process included that high pitched whine that is soooo unpleasant. The 2020 drilling process combined new technology with skill and did not include any whining, neither from the drill or myself. The 2000 permanent crown installation took a few tries. The 2020 installation was done in under 30 minutes — including discussion of proper cleaning with soft picks. The feeling I get from the whole team is that they are there to help. We’ve been working together for many years and I look forward to many more years of great service and team spirit.
Once again the Belman Team went over and above. I called for contact info for a problem I was having. I had no expectation that the Belman practice would take care of it. Jeanette immediately took charge and solve the whole thing for me. On my own I think it would have taken days. I can't thank Jeanette enough.
I have been a patient with Dr Belman & his professional staff for many decades. I began with Dr. M Belman when I was in my 20's. Now I am in my 60's and with Dr N Belman, I can say I have had the BEST DENTAL CARE POSSIBLE. Dr Belman and his team give me consistent high quality care, proactive suggestions, gentle service, and always friendly staff. Also they have been excellent with my special needs daughter.
