However, some reviewers note that the clientele can be demanding and disrespectful towards the staff. Manpreet was amazing, providing great care and attention to detail during threading services, carefully answering questions and adjusting technique to ensure even eyebrows. Jyoei masterfully took care of eyebrows, with seamless waxing and threading that did not hurt, and a cooling roller was a nice touch. Jyoti provided a quick, professional and safe ear piercing.
