I've been a customer at Beauty Bar Clinic since 2019 for laser hair removal and my experience has been nothing short of amazing and it's actually pain free . The staff stands out for their friendliness and knowledge. They are always willing to explain procedures and answer questions, making me feel comfortable and well-informed. The results of their laser hair removal treatments have truly exceeded my expectations.

I had hydra facials done there last year - bought a package - were very good. Went for a hydra facial this year and was very disappointed. Overall the time spent on the facial was reduced to 30 minutes - last year, they were 50-60 minutes long. Also, I did not get the 3rd step which was the infusion. They cut back on the service. BTW, place was empty with new staff. I do not think that I will return

I had an absolutely disturbing experience with this business at their Yorkville location. I was scheduled for Morpheus8. The room was in unsanitary conditions; room temperature was extremely high with no air conditioning working; dust was flying in the air so that one could see large particles through the sun beams penetrating the room. The nurse was unprofessional, rude and incompetent. She rushed to start a procedure without even allowing me a few minutes to settle in the room and get ready. With the same rush she started applying a topical numbing cream WITHOUT removing my makeup and cleaning the skin.
