Kudos to Colin, Mark and Norah who rescued me from disaster in a remarkably short time. CATastrophe struck when my cat stepped on the edge of the 2008 MacBook Pro that I keep for exclusive use to create Aperture slide shows. The laptop crashed to the floor and hit the leg of my office chair on the way down destroying the screen. It was making strange grinding noises. On deadline to produce an important memorial tribute show this week, I called BeachMac in a total panic. My distress was met with professional calm and reassurance and an invitation to bring the damaged laptop into the BeachMac location next morning at 10 am. Chris and Mark were both very knowledgeable and kept in constant communication while my laptop was being repaired. I’ve used other “Apple authorized” places (Click-On) in the past but tbh I’ve never felt very confident in them, Beach Mac will be my go to from now on!!!
