My experience today at this clinic was A+++
It is hard to go to a walk in clinic when you are very ill, because you never know how you will be treated.
But the front desk staff and Dr. Shastri were absolutely amazing. Kind, informative and compassionate. Such topnotch care.
I also want to acknowledge the lovely people at the in-house IDA pharmacy. So warm, friendly and compassionate.

I had a great experience here with Dr. Ly and Dr. Shastri. They were both professional and got me what I needed. I’ve never dealt with long wait times or other difficulties, and everyone is kind and efficient which I appreciate. Although it isn’t super personal and in depth, it is such a relief to know I can go here and actually get what i need quickly.
I came in today due to a potential broken foot and was seen by Dr. Shastri who was wonderful. I didn’t want to wait hours in an emergency room and potentially get sick, so this was a great option. Dr. Shastri was punctual and I was x-rayed upstairs after about a 1h wait (which is better than 6+ in emerg). I booked the appointment online last night and there were several open times today. Highly recommend going this route for anyone with a potential sprain or broken bone.
