I want to thank Cat and Melissa for being so lovely with my Mochi. You can tell they truly adore animals. I’m always nervous to go to a new pet but I fully trust them with my cats and would 100% recommend this clinic to other pet parents.

Bay Cat and Dog Hospital is a great place where you and your pet feel, from the first minute, that you are so special and very well taken care of. The staff goes above and beyond. They are so service-oriented, knowledgeable, and humble. At the end of our visit, they gave my pet and even my kids a lot of treats! I love these people, and I've decided that this place will be my cat's forever clinic.

I took my dog here for an emergency while visiting from US. They were able to get us in right away (after two other places turned us away) and performed lancing on my dog's abscess and provided all necessary medications and first aid items. All this helped us get through the rest of the trip and travel back with minimum issues and no further complications. The entire team was wonderful from start to finish. Dr. Chow was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on how to proceed and instructions on aftercare. The vet techs were also great with communication and the intake person welcoming and helpful.
