it was all fine and dandy to book Avalon (paid a deposit and for a trail run)... UNTIL the artist quit, and I was refunded for the trial ONLY. My $200 deposit booking has yet to be refunded. I was promised a cheque in 2 weeks. 6 weeks has passed. I call every day asking for my refund my calls and emails go ignored. Here's the email from the head of the company Marko Pelicon sent to me Feb 8th: Hi Vanessa, Avalon Received a total of 82.56 for the trial and 182.56 for the deposit. Charisse may will be refunding 75.00 via cheque to you and Avalon will refund the remaining 192.68. If you do not receive this refund within2-3 weeks please let me know. Professional & Perfect. That is how I would describe the staff at Avalon Studios. They did such a wonderful job on a recent film shoot while in Toronto. Thanks again for everything and it was a true pleasure working with you.

During a recent film shoot in Toronto I was recommended to use Avalon Studios. They did a great job and were very professional on set - thanks again and we will be back!
