The dry cleaners lost my Moose Knuckles fur hood. The Korean lady told me to come back next week, I showed up and she told me they are looking for it and to return the next week. No apology, no discount nothing. I understand that she wasn't the one who lost it but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Due to the lack of English it's so hard to understand her, lm always guessing and asking her to clarify and she only gives me half her attention, either she's on the phone with someone else speaking in Korean or cuts me off to talk to another customer. I wish I went somewhere else. She says she gave me a good price but i regret not paying more for a more professional dry cleaners, not worth the stress and efforts. I like to give small businesses an opportunity but I feel like she didn't even care that she keeps wasting my time, never coming back again. My other down jacket did seem nicely dry cleaned and had a dry clean lemony scent, thank goodness they didn't loose the hood for this jacket.

Aura Cleaners is excellent for alterations and laundry services. The owner is friendly, she is very knowledgeable and skilled at her work. Her prices are fair and the turnaround time is fast. I highly recommend her work! A+

Aura Cleaners is tucked away on the P1 level of the Aura building (where Marshalls and Bed Bath & Beyond are). It's closer to the College Park entrance, and just next to a convenience store. I stumbled upon this place while walking through the area and decided to try to hem a pair of shorts here. The woman who works here has a degree in fashion design and it shows - she did an excellent job and I fully intend of bringing all of my alterations here in the future! Their prices are very reasonable and the location is convenient.
