No complaints at all. I had a very good experience from day one, from having the whole process clearly explained to me to getting my car back much faster than initially expected.
My car had a dent and scratches on the rear passenger side, and the door needed to be replaced and repainted. I’m very pleased with the end result. The new door and paint blend in seamlessly with the rest of the car, and you really can’t tell that any work was done.
Overall, I’m very happy with both the quality of the repair and how smooth and efficient the entire process was. Great service from start to finish!
This is my first time at this location and I must say it is the best Assured location I’ve been to, as well as body shop in general. I’ve been to other body shops and dealers and none compare to the service here. The staff is so friendly, caring and know what they’re doing. My whole experience was seamless and quick!! I never had to wonder what was happening, they gave me updates when orders were placed, received and when the job was done. I dropped my car at 12:00 PM for bumper replacement. Estimation time 2 days including the dropping day I got rented car but just around 2:00PM I received a call from Assured staff that my car was ready for pickup . The renting car company was probably not happy to see my returned car just after 2 hours. I highly recommend to get your car fixed there
