If I could give a zero star , I would. This is a scam company. The worst customer service in the world. The only time you will get hold of customer service is the first time you book an appointment because they need to start the scamming process. The light inside our refrigerator was broken - I contacted Appliance Experts and they sent someone over. I paid an advance of $150 - to cover the cost for the replacement light and part of the labor charge. Two days go by - no news from the technician. The best part is that if you call customer service - no one picks up. When I finally got hold of the customer service, some guy named Benjamin had no clue when the technician would come . He just said that the technician would be in touch " shortly". He also threatened to block me because I was " yelling at him". I did express my frustration because these scammers had already taken $150 and was not providing the service. Then the technician called and said he would come over after 6 PM the following day . I told him that he needs to come earlier at 3PM - which he agreed to. On the day the technician was supposed to come, he not only did not come on time , he came 1.5 hours late. And oh btw when I called Customer Service, they were actually disconnecting the calls. Anyways finally the technician came with the new bulb - spent 30 mins trying to replace the bulb. I paid the remaining amount $108 once he was done .And it gets better - 10 minutes after the technician left with the balance amount , guess what - the light bulb went off again. So to recap - after spending $258, the light bulb in my refrigerator has still not been fixed. They also refused to give a refund. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM COMPANY DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS- THOSE ARE ALL FAKE

While they were originally quick and responsive, after "fixing" my washing machine, they created a new issue with the lid not unlocking after each cycle, AND my clothes still come out dirty. I tried following up multiple times, but they've gone from polite, to cagey, to unresponsive. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. They were supposed to fix my dryer, but despite taking my money, they failed to resolve the issue and they broke it furthermore. To make matters worse, they've been completely unresponsive to my follow-up calls and messages. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and failure to deliver on their promises is unacceptable. One star is even too generous for this experience. Beware and take your business elsewhere!
