Just another Apple Store. It’s got everything you want. Spacious and always busy. Parking close by can be a pain as it’s very busy. If you have the time, make use of the free Yorkdale basement parking and walk to the store.

I went to buy an iMac as a gift for my son. It is spacious, sophisticated and crowded. There seemed to be a shortage of staff compared to customers. Many people waited for staff to consult. I did too. If there was a screen where you could enter the waiting list for consultation, the waiting order would be accurate and good. Each part had a designated number of employees. Someone took my turn so I had to wait a long time. However, when I finally met and spoke with the staff member, she was very professional and helpful. Came to buy a laptop. Waited for 45 min in need of advise. I literally just had two questions to ask but apparently nobody there works in sales. LOL. Thanks anyway, will do my research on YouTube and buy one in BestBuy next door.
